Orders can be returned both in-store and by post. Keep in mind that postal returns take longer to process, so in-store returns are recommended as the fastest and most efficient method


In-store returns

Unused items purchased online can be returned free of charge to one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the delivery date (or 30 days if you are a Rewards member) upon presentation of the invoice. To check where your closest store is located, visit the following links:

Returns by post (faulty items)

Alternatively, you can also return goods via post. On the rare occasion that a manufacturing fault occurs, we will be happy to cover postage charges. Contact us as soon as you discover a fault, advising the order number, the faulty item's name and description of the fault (please include images if you are able to).


If you are in Australia, we will send you a prepaid label that you can use to ship your item. If you are in New Zealand, you will need to return to your local store or contact us for further advice. 


Returns by post (change of mind)

Please note that postage for change of mind returns is at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage, as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit. 


Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date (or 30 days if you are a Rewards member), be in original condition and packaging, and include the original invoice.


To return via post simply affix the return label provided with your order, take it to the nearest post office and pay the postage fee.

Exchanges

You can exchange your online order free of charge at one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the delivery date (or 30 days if you are a Rewards member) upon presentation of the invoice. Returned items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. We do not currently offer exchanges via post.


Return to sender

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us via post. Once received by us, a refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please note that we are unable to facilitate resending of returned orders at this time.
